In Ezekiel 29:19-20 the LORD gives an interesting detail. Not only is Nebuchadnezzar coming for Egypt, but their treasures are going to be payment for the service. Also it says that Egypt will go into captivity 40 years, but never rule over nations again……….

(Here is a link to a movie that is ‘mostly’ accurate…. this ends at the destruction of the temple in Jerusalem)

In Ezekiel 12:8 & 12 & 13 the LORD tells the prophet of the king in Jerusalem, some 300-400 miles away that he will go into captivity and not see the ground. What will happen in the future is the king will have his eyes burned out by Nebuchadnezzar, again, before it happened……..
