Jeremiah in chapter 25 he told the people what would happen, the 70 year exile and in chapter 26:3 there is that word, perhaps. Did the people receive the message? No, they wanted to kill the messenger………….

In Jeremiah 25:11-12, the prophet told the people because of their evil doings, they would go into exile for 70 years, sevrral years before it happened!! Jeremiah was always trying to get through to the people as he said in chapter 26:3, ‘perhaps’……….
