Two items stand out in our reading for today, first, Dueuteronomy 3:22 – ‘You must not fear them, for the LORD your God Himself fights for you.’ Also, the Book of Philemon. Though this is a short letter about a runaway slave who became a Christian, Paul is advocating for him, wow!!
